We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience during our Black Friday Sale. 

Delivery

India
We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
The estimated delivery timeline for the same shall be 5 - 7 days.

International
For international orders, standard delivery charges shall apply and will be calculated at the time of checkout.
The estimated delivery time for international orders is 12 – 15 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

India
No returns will be accepted for purchases made on the Black Friday Sale Day. 

A one-time size exchange can be accommodated, at a additional fee of ₹1000, which is required to be paid to Southside before the exchange process can be initiated.

International
We regret to inform you that returns and exchanges are not available for international orders during this sale.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES

No exchanges and returns will be accepted on international orders. Also, please note shipping charges shall apply as per usual on international orders. To make your shopping experience as simple as possible, we have arranged for DHL to deliver to your doorstep. As customs and duties vary from country to country, they cannot be predicted and so any customs charges and/or handling fees charged by the courier company will be the buyer’s responsibility.
